Terry Jablonski served the City of Bay City as a Police Officer. On April, 26 1991 Terry and fellow Officer Raymond Rexer responded to a neighborhood trouble call, they met with an ambush of gunfire. Officer Jablonski quickly succumb to his wounds. Terry Jablonski was the second Bay City Police Officer to be slain serving his community.
