A. Thad Utley passed away peacefully in his sleep, at age 86, May 22, 2012. Born the youngest of 11 children, August 29, 1925 to Samuel and Rosetta Utley in Fillmore, Utah. Thad married Faye Black Utley Dec. 10, 1943. They had 3 children: Dennis (Sue), Vernon (Chris) and Jan (Gary) Turpin. Faye passed away in 1967. Thad married Sylvia Offret Patton in 1968. Sylvia passed away 1994. Thad married Barbara Ann Johnson Oct 1, 1994 who loved and served him with caring and compassion during his golden years. Thad has a gift of loving unconditionally.
Funeral services will be May 25, 2012 at the Sunset 2nd Ward, 82 N Dixie Drive in St George, Utah, at 11:00AM with a viewing from 9:30 to 10:30 prior to the service.
A Graveside Service will be held Tuesday May 29th at 11:00AM, in Salt Lake at Elysian Gardens (Mill Creek Cemetery) 1075 E College Street (4580 S).
