Obituary for Robert Pat Call
Robert "Pat" Call, of Eureka, died on Wednesday, February 12, 2003, at Greenwood County Hospital in Eureka, at the age of 75.
He was born on January 14, 1928, in Eureka, the son of Robert Hillard and Clara Mae (Longwell) Call. He was raised in Eureka and attended Eureka schools. He later went to work in the oil fields and in the alfalfa mills. He spent most of his life working as a salt mine machine operator.
On July 4, 1949 Pat was united in marriage to Vada Lieurance in El Dorado, Kansas. They made their home in Eureka, where they raised a family.
He is survived by his wife, Vada, of the home, two daughters, both of Burrton; one granddaughter of Burrton; and one sister, of Claremore, Oklahoma. His parents, one brother, and one sister preceded him in death.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M., Friday, February 14, 2003 at Koup Family Funeral Home with Pastor Gary Boles officiating. Calling hours are from 9 A.M. Friday until service time.
