James R. Buxton, 64, passed away Oct. 4, 1987.
He was born in Akron and had been a Streetsboro resident for 27 years. He was a charter member of the Love Cathedral United Christian Church. He was
employed at Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company for 44 years, retiring in 1986, and a World War II Navy veteran.
He is survived by wife, Mary Sue; daughter, Julie Ann Gaikoski; and son Thomas Daniel, both of Texas; sister, Mary Belle Bozin of Akron; brothers
Thomas Joy Buxton of Arizona, Bud of California; and five grandchildren.
Funeral services 11 a.m. FriDAY, at the Hennessy-Bagnoli Funeral Home, 339 Southwest Ave., Dr. Michael H. Lord and Rev. Michael Lord II officiating.
