Richard Arthur Adams, 83, 140 Pleasant Hall Road, North Middleton Township, died Saturday in his home.
He was born in Perry County and was the son of the late Charles M. and Sarah Zeiders Adams.
He as a farmer in North Middleton Township and attended the Midway Pentecostal Church, Holly Pike.
Surviving are his wife, Lillie E. Miller Adams; one son, Arthur J. Adams, 180 Easy Road, Carlisle; one daughter, Elaine M. Regi, 188 Easy Road, Carlisle; two brothers, Oscar Adams, Lebanon; Robert Adams, Enola; and two grandchildren.
Services will be held Tuesday at 2 p.m. in the Ewing Brothers Funeral Home, 630 S. Hanover St., Carlisle, with the Rev. Russell Marcus officiating. Burial will be in Westminster Cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home Tuesday from 1 p.m. until time of service.
