Mr. Buckley was preceded in death by his parents, John Buckley & Clara Eisen Buckley Wolf; and his brother, Charles A Wolf. He was survived by a sister, a sister-in-law, two nieces and two nephews. Funeral arrangements were conducted by A.M. Meyer & Boehmer Funeral Home and Mass of Christian Burial was held at Holy Angels Church.
Mr. Buckley obtained a law degree from the University of Dayton and was admitted to the Bar in 1930.
