KIESER, SR., LOUIS HOWARD "POPS", 71, of Kissimmee passed away Wednesday, surrounded by his loving family. Born December 4, 1932 in Cecil County, MD, the son of the late Louis H. Atwell and Ruth C. Ware. He served in the U.S. Army and was a Union Construction Carpenter. Survived by companion, Barbara; sons, Louis Howard Kieser, Jr. and Richard Wayne Kieser; daughters, Myrtle Louise Rivera, Cynthia Michelle Stedman, Teresa Lee Hagen; sisters, Barbara Powell and Ruth Storey; 16 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
