In 1956, Aileen married Kenneth Ray Meech Sr., they moved to Seattle's Magnolia neighborhood and later relocated to Tacoma Wash. Aileen was active in both communities at Our Lady of Fatima parish in Seattle, St. Charles Borromeo parish in Tacoma, helped out as attendance lady at Bellarmine Preparatory School and sold local real estate. In addition to being a lovely homemaker, she always made her family her first priority.
Aileen moved to Bellevue in 2008 to be near her son and daughter-in-law. She enjoyed her last years with her cat, Sunny, puppy visits from Rio, and the most amazing group of staff and neighbors at Aegis of Bellevue. Aileen was fun to tease and laughed easily!
Aileen is survived by her beloved son, Kenneth Ray Meech Jr. and daughter-in-law Kimberly who loved her deeply, and will miss her Irish wit and truly loving spirit. She was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Ray Meech Sr.; her parents; and siblings.
