Funeral rites for Clarence Howard Johnson, 22, son of Clarence L. Johnson, 514 S. Main-st, who died at 5:30 p.m. Friday in the Lima District Tuberculosis hospital, will be held at 1:30 p.m. at the Siferd and Son funeral home. The Rev. E. G. Whyman will be in charge. Burial will be in Patterson cemetery.

Altho he was born in Marion, Johnson had lived in Lima most of his life. He was graduated from South High school. Johnson was an active member of Grace Methodist Episcopal church and the young mens department of that church. He had been a patient at the hospital since July.

Surviving besides his father, are two sisters, Faye Louise and Betty Irene Johnson, both of Lima; a half-brother, Harold, of Columbus Grove, and grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Ferd Hune of Forest. Johnson's body will remain at the mortuary until time of the service.
