Robert Woodhull "Bob" Webbe, of Ossipee NH, 98, passed away on May 1, 2012, with his family by his side. Born in Newark NJ on November 24, 1913, to Margaret (Edmunds) and William Webbe, Bob grew up in Summit NJ and graduated from Summit High School in 1932. On May 25, 1935, he married Georgetta S. Cassard of Somerville NJ, with whom he had a loving, devoted relationship for 56 years until her passing in 1991. In 1940 they moved to Springfield VT where he worked at Jones and Lamson Machine Co. until he retired in 1975.

Survivors include his daughters Marcella Elliot of Bristow VA and Marian Hamilton of Wolfeboro NH, four granddaughters, two grandsons, ten great-grandchildren, and his companion of many years Donna T. Jones of Dorset VT.

He was a wonderful husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and friend who led a quiet, dignified life during which family and friends always came first.
