He is survived by his wife, the former Mary Spiker; eight sons, Herman of Springs; William and Roger of Somerset; Troy of Fort Knox, Ky.; Milton of Boynton; Raymond Jr. of Annandale, Va., Dayton of Apollo; and Randy of Cleveland, Tenn.; three daughters, Mrs. Erma Cook of Cairnbrook; Mrs. Wilma Lipscomb, Warren, Mich.; and Mrs. Winona Wyeth of Mentor, Ohio; 35 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
He was a brother of Oscar, Harvey and Carl Sines, and Mrs. Evelyn Whitacre, all of Oakland, Md.
He was a member of the Brethren Church of Oakland.
Funeral services were conducted Wednesday afternoon in Thomas Funeral Home, Salisbury, with Rev. Lloyd Ace and Rev. David Matthews officiating. Interment in Salisbury Cemetery.
