Rose Carney of Antioch, Illinois, died Wednesday, October 5, 1977 at her home.
She was born in Newport Township and moved to Antioch in 1965. She was a life member of St. Patrick's Church, Wadsworth, Illinois.
She is survived by one brother, Albert Carney of Antioch and by several nieces, nephews, grand-nieces and grand-nephews. She was preceded in death by two brothers, Peter on December 26, 1963 and Terrence on April 21, 1977 and four sisters, Mrs. Anna Leable on January 22, 1968, Mrs. Mary Gearson on March 24, 1965, Louise Carney on October 25, 1960 and Margaret Carney on February 13, 1975.
Funeral mass will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday, October 8 at St. Patricks Church, Wadsworth with the Rev. W. T. Slattery officiating. Interment will be in Ascension Cemetery, Libertyville. Friends may call at the STRANG FUNERAL HOME, 1055 Main St., Antioch, from 2 till 9 p.m. Friday.
