Patricia Louise Elgee, age 81, of Coeur d' Alene died March 20, 2006 at her home. She was born October 17, 1924 in Spokane, Washington to Howard and Leila (Clifford) Olin. Pat grew up in St. Maries, Idaho and attended W.S.U., U.S.C. and U.C.L. A. studying music. She married Merrell Majors in 1944. He was killed later that year serving with the U.S. armed forces over Norway. She married James Elgee in 1947.
She is survived by her husband, Jim; sons, Michael Elgee, Robert Elgee, Tim Elgee, Mark Elgee and Jim Elgee; a sister, Shirley Allen; 13 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be 5-7 P.M. Saturday, March 25, 2006 followed by a Rosary at 7:00 P.M. at the Yates Funeral Home, Coeur d' Alene Chapel. The funeral mass will be on Monday, March 27, 2006 at 10:30 A.M. at the Immaculate Conception Church in Post Falls follow by burial at St. Thomas Cemetery.
