Ethel Marie (Boger) Cebull, 92, of Sandusky, went home to be with her love and childhood sweetheart, her husband Art Cebull on Thursday, May 24, 2012, in Admiral's Pointe, Huron.

She was born Feb. 15, 1920, in Sandusky, daughter of the late Leverett and Ruth (Bluhm) Boger Sr. She was employed by Apex, Forster China and Brides World, but the most important part of her life was making a loving and caring home for her husband Art.

She was a Sunday school teacher for 34 years at Zion Lutheran Church and Resurrection Lutheran Church, loved walking, baking, gardening, reading and traveling with her husband.

Ethel is survived by her son Paul (Joan) Cebull, of Marengo, Ohio; daughter Connie Roesch, of Bay View; grandchildren, Scott, Jason and Paul; five great-grandchildren; sisters, Marge Gagen, of Bowling Green, Ohio, and Leola "Fritzie" David, of Mobile, Ala.; and special friend Rich Belitto.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 63 wonderful years, Art Cebull, on Sept. 14, 2003; parents; brother Leverett Boger Jr.; and son-in-law Steven E. "Slim" Roesch.

Friends may call from 3 p.m. Tuesday, May 29, until funeral services at 5 p.m. at Toft Funeral Home & Crematory, 2001 Columbus Ave., Sandusky. The Rev. John Mawhirter will officiate. Entombment will be in Meadow Green Memorial Park, Huron.
