Ella Mae Nichols, 55 years old, 4247 Crittenden Avenue, died yesterday in St. Vincent's Hospital.
Born in Edgar County, Illinois, Mrs. Nichols had lived here 24 years.
She was a member of Traders Point Christian Church and Nettie Ransford Chapter, Order of Eastern Star.
Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday in Flanner and Buchanan Broad Ripple Mortuary. Burial will be in Edgar Cemetery at Paris, Ill.
Survivors include the husband, James L. Nichols, two sons, Maurice E. Nichols of Indianapolis and John H. Nichols of New Augusta; a daughter, Mrs. Benjamin Edward of Miami,Fla; a sister, Mrs. Beulah Buntain of Vermillion, Ill., and six grandchildren.
