Funeral services for Rev. Elvis "Boo'Boo" Davis of Richmond, will be held at 12 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 19, at Friendship Missionary Baptist Church, 16138 Boss Gaston Rd in Richmond. Rev. J.A. Jones will officiate the services. Interment will follow at Pleasant Green Baptist Church Cemetery. Rev. Kervis Martin will officiate the service. Visitation will begin at 7 p.m. Friday, Aug. 18, at Gooden Funeral Home, 1716 Ave. E in Rosenberg.
Rev. Davis was born Jan. 31 1961 in Sugar Land to Mard Davis and Howard Harris Sr. He passed away Aug 12, 2000 in Houston.
He is survived by his mother, father, sisters, brothers, nieces, nephew, cousins, and a host of friends.
