Age 74, of Joliet, passed away Friday, February 22, 2002 at Provena Saint Joseph Medical Center.
Survived by his wife, Irma, nee Genens (Lee, Raymond) Hausser; one brother, Edward (Donna) Hausser; two sisters, Delores (Frank) Tomac and Carol (late Peter) Smith; sister-in-law, Vernette (late John) Blum. Numerous nieces and nephews also survive.
Preceded in death by his parents, Edward and Mary Agnes (nee McGann) Hausser; one brother, Richard Hausser; sister, Eileen Kwasniewski.
Don was born in Joliet and a lifetime resident.
A graduate of St. Raymond Grade School and Joliet Catholic High School.
He was owner and operator of Don's Barber Shop. Member of St. John Lutheran Church.
He coached little league at St. Joe's.
Donald F. Hausser will lie in state on Monday, February 25, 2002 at St. John Lutheran Church, 2650 Plainfield Rd. (at Hennepin), Joliet from 10:00 AM until time of services at 11:00 AM. Interment Woodlawn Memorial Park. Visitation Sunday 2-5 PM at:
