Age 17∼Blake M. Bartchak, 17, of Brunswick, passed away tragically on Sunday, June 3, 2012.
He was born on August 27, 1994 to Robert and Therese (nee Gerencser).
Blake was a Junior at Brunswick High School and worked at Buehler's Grocery Store.
He is survived by his loving parents Bob and Terri; siblings Brent and Brittany; grandparents Donald and MaryAnn Bartchak, and Gerald and Maureen Cooney Gerencser; Aunt Deborah and Uncle Joe VonAlt, Aunt Jean and Uncle John Verzi, Uncle Rick Bartchak, Uncle Todd and Aunt Traci Grabowski and Uncle Ted Gerencser; cousins Sarah Barnett, Dominic Verzi, Troy, Tyler and Tara Grabowski; great-cousin Maddox Reynolds; as well as numerous other aunts, uncles, cousins, family, and friends. Blake's life passion was his Brunswick High School Football Team. Go Big Blue #36.
He will be greatly missed by all who knew him and whose life he had touched.
Family and friends may call on Wednesday, June 6, 2012 from 2-8pm at St. Ambrose Catholic Church (929 Pearl Road, Brunswick 44212).
Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday at 1pm at St. Ambrose Catholic Church with Father Bob Stec and Father John Carlin officiating.
Internment will follow at Resurrection Cemetery (6303 Center Road, Valley City 44280).
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Blake's memory to the Brunswick Football Mom's Club (3581 Center Road, Brunswick 44212) or the Blake Bartchak Memorial Fund at any Key Bank.
