He was employed by the Maine State Highway Department with whom he had been associated for the past five years. Prior to that he was employed for about eleven years with the American Woolen Company in Old Town, ME as a fireman and finishing tender.
He is survived by his wife Bertha of Milford, ME; four daughters Mrs Ernest Dubay and Miss Arline Babb of Milford, ME; Mrs Louise Evans of Watertown, NY; Mrs John Pearl of Dill City, OK; six grandchildren.
