Funeral services for Lois Bessie Aaron, age 95, of Delhi, La. will be held at 2:00 PM, Sunday, June 3, 2012 at Brown-Holley Funeral Chapel, Oak Grove with Speaker Kenneth Alexander officiating. Interment followed in Epps Cemetery in Epps, La under the direction of Brown-Holley Funeral Home, Oak Grove, La.
Lois Aaron was born on March 2, 1917 in Kilbourne, La. and passed away Wednesday, May 30, 2012 in Delhi, LA. She was preceded in death by her daughter; Shirley Sims; grandson, Danny Alexander; husband, Mallory Samuel "Jim" Aaron; and parents, Burt and Emma Lang; sisters, Myrtle Lang, Audrey Lang Kuncie, and Mildred Lang; brothers, Milton Lang, and Aubrey Lang.
Survivors include her daughter, Doris Moseley of Shreveport, LA; eight grandchildren, Kenneth Alexander and wife, June of Shreveport, LA;
Percy Alexander III and wife, Tracy of Waskom, TX; Aaron Moseley and wife, Jackie of Hallsville, TX; Steve Sims and wife JoAlice of Fort Worth, TX; Wanice Smith and husband, Mike of Spring Hill, TN; Renee Burris and husband, Milton of McComb, MS; Paul Sims and wife Rebecca of Calera, AL; Phil Sims and wife Alissa of Spring Hill, TN; twenty-one great-grandchildren; seventeen great-great grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be her Grandsons.
