Born in Philadelphia, Pa., Dolores was a daughter of the late Theresa Schivone DeSimone. She was a waitress at the Ponderosa Restaurant in Kissimee, Fla. for 18 years before moving to South Carolina. Dolores was a homemaker and enjoyed reading and cooking.
Surviving are her husband of almost 50 years, Vincent Anthony Amaro; her son, Vincent Amaro, Jr. (Lorens), of San Jaun Capistronr, Calif. and Kevin Amaro (Stacy), of Rock Hill; her daughter, Renee' Amaro Bergen (Edward), of Perkasie, Pa.; five grandchildren, Kelly, Anthony, Vinnie, Nathan and Alea.
The vivition will be from Noon until 2 p.m. Friday, June 8, 2012 at Wolfe Funeral Home. A memorial service will follow at 2 p.m. in the funeral home chapel. Inurnment will be held later at Osceola Memory Gardens in St. Cloud, Fla.
