LaDean Healey Adams, 59, our beloved mother, grandmother, and sister passed away Friday, July 28, 1989 following a stroke.
Born April 8, 1930 in Alpine, Utah to Lawrence LaMar and Emily Clare Cullimore Healey. She married John Dean Adams on January 11, 1957 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. She was employed as a directory assistance operator for 28 years by AT&T until her retirement in 1985. She was an active member of the LDS Church, serving a mission to Northern California in 1952-1954 and served as her Ward Librarian for 11 years.
She is survived by her husband of 32 years, John Dean Adams. Son, J Dean and daughter-in-law, Kathy, grandchildren Joshua, Staci, Shaun, Jacob, and Amanda; daughter Sherilyn, son-in-law Telvin Mills, and grandson Stuart; daughter Diane, son-in-law Tom Green, and granddaughters Kristene and Heather; brothers Don Healey, LeFarl Healey, Lynn Healey, and sister Lola Monteer. She joins her parents who preceded her in death.
Funeral services will be held Monday July 31, 1989 at 11:30 AM in the Sandy Central Stake Center. Interment Larkin Sunset Gardens.
