"Gilly" Gilmore was an extremely accomplished Clarinet player. He played with a band at the famous Rathskeller Bar in the basement of the Hotel Governor in Jefferson City, Missouri. Douglas Rice, Sr. remembers seeing him play there in the 1960's. He played there in a band for many years.
