CULVER - Robert K. Reinhold, 43, of Culver, passed away at home on Thursday, June 7, 2012, surrounded by his loving family. Rob was born to Kenneth G. and Brenda (Farris) Reinhold on April 9, 1969 in Plymouth, Indiana. He enjoyed growing up in Culver and graduated from Culver Community High School in 1987. He fell in love and married Rhonda Washburn on November 9, 1996 at the Wesley United Methodist Church in Culver. Rob joined Pipe Fitters & Plumbers Union Local 172 in South Bend and spent 5 years schooling and training as an apprentice. He graduated as the Top Apprentice in his class in 1997. He then became a full-fledged Union Pipe Fitter & Plumber. He retired October 1, 2010. Rob was a loving husband and father for over 20 years. He loved Culver, Lake Max, and was a proud member of the community. Rob is survived by his wife Rhonda; sons Michael and Miles Demonja of Valparaiso, Indiana; daughter Reilly of Culver; mother Brenda (Gerald) Campbell of the Villages, Florida; brothers Ronald (Kelly) Reinhold of Whiteland, Indiana and Vance (Gretchen) Campbell of Lafayette, Indiana; maternal grandmother Wilma Swindell of Tennessee; paternal grandparents Valentine & Esther Reinhold of Monterey, Indiana; many aunts & uncles as well as his nieces & nephews Austin, Darian, Scotlynn, Madison, and Lexi. He was preceded in death by his father Kenneth and Maternal grandfather Wesley Farris. A funeral ceremony will be held at the Wesley United Methodist Church, 511 School Street, Culver, on Sunday, June 10, 2012 at 3:00 PM. Interment will follow at Culver Masonic Cemetery. Memorials may be given to the Reilly Reinhold Education Fund at the First National Bank of Monterey. Checks should be made out to the education fund and sent to the bank in care of Mark Walmsley. The Odom Funeral Home, Culver, is in charge of arrangements.
