Elizabeth "Betty" Iona Hugley, 83, of Sweet Home died Thursday.

She was born in Deluth, Minn., to Martin and Anna (Schaff) Amundson.

She is survived by one son, two daughters, three siblings, six grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.

Betty was preceded in death by husband Donald Hugley and five siblings.

A VFW Auxiliary remembrance memorial will be at 11 a.m. Sunday, June 10, at Gilliland Cemetery. A memorial potluck reception will follow at 1 p.m. at the Sweet Home VFW.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Betty Hugley Memorial Fund at Wells Fargo Bank.
