Melvin Lee Hazelton, 78, died Saturday, June 9, 2012, in Graham.
Funeral will be held 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Country Road Fellowship Church south of Graham. Burial will follow in Oak Grove Cemetery under the direction of Morrison Funeral Home of Graham.
Melvin was born on June 12, 1933 in Graham to the late James Boyd and Edna Mae(Petty) Hazelton. He married Nelda Jean Parker on June 19, 1963 in Graham.He worked for Paragon Cable and was a member of Graham Kiwanis Club.
Survivors include daughters, Juanita "Darlene" Watson of Fort Worth, Dorothy"Kay" Combs and Vivian Browning both of Graham; sons, Melvin Boyd Hazelton and Roy Andrew Hazelton of Fort Worth, David Browning of Graham; brother James Hazelton of Graham; 10 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
Melvin was preceded in death by a sister, Anna Mae McCallister.
