How sweet, how heavenly is this sight, that we who love the Lord; when we asunder part, it gives us inward pain; but we may still be joined in heart and hope to meet again.

Mrs. Annie Mae Beamon was born on March 5, 1899 to Mr. Bates and Mrs. Martha Lennox in Paris, Texas. She ended her labors September 24, 1976 at the age of 77 years. She had lived in Fresno for the past 31 years and was a member of the Second Baptist Church. She once served as a member of the Eastern Star Lodge. Mrs. Beamon will never be forgotten by the friends in the community she loved so dearly.

She leaves to mourn in her passing: four daughters, Mrs. Mildred Steen, Mrs. Pauline Garcia, Mrs. Faye M. Kirkland, all of Fresno, CA, and Mrs. Thelma Crowder of Seattle, WA; one sister, Mrs. Gertrude Cooper of Paris, Texas; one uncle, Mr. Delbert Jones of Clarksville, TX; six grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Services conducted by Jesse E. Cooley, Jr. Funeral Service, 1830 S. Fruit Avenue, Fresno, CA.
