Josephine Harvey, age 81, of Hazard, KY passed away on Jan. 08, 2018 in Ohio. She was the daughter of the late Ned Adkins and the late Mattie Palmer Adkins. She is also preceded in death by her husband: James "Wig" Harvey; three brothers: William, Charles & Elmer Adkins and three sisters: Alma Jean Turner, Geraldine Jones & Dorothy Jewel Adkins.She is survived by three daughters: Vicki Waymire (Leonard) of Ohio, Shelley Campbell (Mark) of Hazard, KY & Tina Miehe (Steve) of Arizona; one son: Steven Harvey (Connie) of David, KY; four grandchildren: Jeremy Waymire, Trever Campbell, Landon Harvey & Stevie Harvey; two step grandchildren: Nicholas Standifer & Keisha Johnson; one great grandson: Jack Waymire; special family: Makeshia Harvey and a host of family & friends.
