Mrs. Flaherty, Long Time Resident, Dies
Mrs. Mary Flaherty, 86, resident here since 1892, died at a local hospital Sunday evening. The widow of Edward A. Flaherty, Mrs. Flaherty lived at 112 6th St. N. She had been in failing health for two months.
Mrs. Flaherty was born Jan. 7, 1873, in Aplena, Mich. She is survived by two sons, Neil Flaherty of Helena and Laurence Flaherty of Great Falls; daughter, Margaret Flaherty of Great Falls, and seven grandchildren.
The early day resident was a member of St. Ann's Altar Society and the Ursuline Academy.
