On January 6, 1863 she married James H. Mahorney in Washington, District of Columbia.
Georgiana and James were married for thirty-six years until he sadly passed away on April 18, 1899.
Surviving are daughters Martha Donaldson and Clara Walker.
Services at St. John's Episcopal Church and interment at Rock Creek Cemetery.
