He was born December 26, 1939, in Knob Noster, son of Clarence D. and Lourissa Nevils Lyle.
Glenn worked for the Glen Canyon Dam power plant. He had also worked on the pipelines and remodeled trailer parks.
He was a member of the Union and had a Bachelor's degree in accounting. He enjoyed fishing and cars.
Surviving are a brother, James D. Lyle, and his wife, Dorlis, of Green Ridge; a sister, Mary Lee Lyle, of Knob Noster; a niece, Laura Rhoads; and two nephews, Brian L. Lyle and James D. Lyle II.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Graveside services and burial will be at 1:30 p.m. Thursday at Knob Noster Cemetery.
Casket bearers will be Brian L. Lyle, James D. Lyle II, Caleb Rhoads and Harold Wolfe.
Honorary bearers will be Billy Lyle, J.J. Lyle and Steven Lyle.
