MORTON - Barbara A. (Rymer) Winnicki Pasley, 76, of Morton passed away at 6:05 p.m. Monday, June 11, 2012, at her daughter's home in Springfield, Ill.

She was born Aug. 23, 1935, in LaPorte, Ind., to Joseph W. and Apollonia (Hajdinski) Rymer. She married Joseph F. Winnicki on Oct. 18, 1958, in New Buffalo, Mich. She later married Clifford B. Pasley on Feb. 3, 1968, in Urbana, Ill. He preceded her in death on March 16, 2011.

She also was preceded in death by one granddaughter, Michelle; her parents; and one brother, Joseph.

Surviving are one son, Lenard (Cheryl) Winnicki of Herscher, Ill.; one daughter, Vickie (Keven) Brinton of Springfield, Ill.; two stepsons, Michael (Joyce) Pasley of Danville, Ill., and David (Karen) Pasley of Mahomet, Ill.; one stepdaughter, Cindy Duncan of Urbana; five grandsons, Travis Winnicki (Kait Barmann) of Gibson City, Ill., Robert Winnicki (Kami Hofer) of Herscher, Michael Pasley of Danville, Talon Wright of Urbana and Shawn Patrick of Mahomet; four granddaughters, Rebekah Brinton of Springfield, Regina Pasley of Indiana, Alicia Pasley of Illinois and Taleena Schwab of Pesotum, Ill.; seven great-grandchildren; two brothers, Joseph (Loretta) Rymer of Ocala, Fla., and Paul (Linda) Rymer of Mill Creek, Ind.; and two sisters, Irene Surowiec of LaPorte, Ind., and Patricia (Wayne) Orzech of DeMotte, Ind.

Barbara had worked as a practice administrator for Joe Zimmerman, D.D.S. in Morton for 13 years.

She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Morton and the Polish Genealogical Society of America in Chicago.

Local services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, June 16, 2012, at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Morton, with Bishop Jeffrey Braun officiating. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, June 15, at Knapp-Johnson Funeral Home and Cremation Center in Morton, and from 9 to 9:45 a.m. Saturday at the church. Visitation will be from 1 to 3 p.m. Sunday, June 17, and from 9 to 9:45 a.m. Monday, June 18, at Essling Funeral Home in LaPorte, Ind. Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday at the funeral home in Indiana. Burial will be in Pine Lake Cemetery in LaPorte, Ind.

Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society or to Boys Town, National Headquarters, 200 Flanagan Blvd., P.O. Box 8000, Boys Town, NE 68010.
