Marylee Temple Bailey Jurgen, 83, passed away Thursday April 7, 2011 at St. Catherine's Village. A graveside service will be held at 2:00 pm on Wednesday, April 13, 2011 at Hollywood Cemetery in McComb, MS. Wright and Ferguson Funeral Home in Ridgeland is assisting with the arrangements.

Mrs. Jurgen was born April 8, 1927 in St. Tammany Parish, Covington, Louisiana.

She was preceded in death by her parents, George H. Bailey and Anne Temple Bailey; her husband, Robert J. Jurgen; her brothers, Harvey Quin Bailey and Wallace Bailey, and her sisters, Ozzie Mae Ford and Gladys Pearl Bailey.

She is survived by her brother, Eugene H. Bailey of Magnolia, MS; her step-son, Rev. Dean R. Jurgen, pastor of Lititz Moravian Church, Lititz, PA, his wife, Elizabeth, and their two children, Kirsten McClenahan and Elyse Jurgen; and numerous nieces and nephews. Mrs. Jurgen is also survived by numerous cousins, including Evelyn Temple Hunt, Lisa H. Ingram, and William David Temple.

Mrs. Jurgen is a graduate of the Paralegal Institute of New York. She served as a paralegal in New York, NY and in New Orleans, LA.

Mrs. Jurgen demonstrated a positive attitude and steadfast confidence in her Creator in times of difficulty. She often expressed joy and excitement in anticipation of being in the presence of her Lord.

The family would like to thank those assisting with her care for their wonderful love and companionship during her lifetime and her illness.
