Born July 31, 1895 in Maon, Ill; daughtr of Franklin and Rebecca Ellis. LIved 20 years in Rockford, coming here from Flora, Ill. Married to Loy C. Joachim in Lincoln May 30, 1917. Member of Christian Church of Belmont, Ill. Attended Lick Prairie, Ill. schools. Survivors include; one daughter, Mrs. Emma Matranpa, and a son, Ralph L. Joachim, both of Rockford,; two grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and a brother, Olin Ellis, West Salem.
