Marvin L. Jones, 72, joined his parents, Henry and Laura Jones; and brother, Charles Jones, in eternal rest on June 11, 2012. Mr. Jones was owner/operator of ABC Taxi and Overland Airport Service at McGhee Tyson Airport for over 30 years. He is survived by five daughters, Catherine Schmidt of Lake Hopatcong, N.J., Jennifer Sands of Augusta, Ga., Wendi McKenzie of Guyton, Ga., Heidi Jones of Sevierville, and Jessica Jones of Grovetown, Ga.; 10 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends Saturday, June 16, 2012, from 10 a.m.-noon, with a funeral service to follow at noon in the Lynnhurst-Greenwood Chapel, 2300 W. Adair Dr., Knoxville. Interment will be in the Lynnhurst Cemetery. In lieu of flowers please make donations to St. Jude's Children's Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105, 901-495-3300.
