Ruth died almost a month after Isaiah's birth ( maybe as a result of bleeding or infection from the birth?) and the children who were still at home were spilt up to different homes. Eli later remarried, but none of the children ever come up on any records as ever living with Eli again after Ruth's death.
Isaiah served at a very age in the Civil War, enlisting in the same area as several of his brothers and settled in Iowa, close to where several of his brothers also settled after the war.

John Bryon Lightfoot - November 8, 1883 - Oct 24, 1944.
Pearl Lightfoot - March 24, 1885 - December 3, 1964. She married Charles Vinson Bateham and a Mr. Leonard.
Edna Lightfoot - She born on April 18, 1887 and married a Mr. Jack.
