Paul Benner, Remington, Dies In Indianapolis
Paul Louis Bemmer. 53, of Remington, died at 3:30 a.m. Thursday in Veterans Hospital, Indianpolis. He had been ill a month.
Mr. Benner was born in Earl Park and was employed as a cabinet maker. In 1941 he was married to Margaret Graham who survives. He was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church, American Legion and 40 & 8. He was a veteran of World War II,
Surviving with the widow are three daughters, Mrs. Janet Kay Robinson of Speedway, Paulette and Barbara Benner, both at home, two sons, Michael and Gerard, both at home; two brothers, Joseph and George, both of Fowler, and five sisters, Mrs. Caroline Wallpe of Fowler, Mrs. Dora Salla and Mrs. Loretta Brown, both of Earl Park, Mrs. Bernardine Alder of Medaryville and Mrs. Mildred Budreau of Lafayette.
Burial will be in Sacred Heart Cemetery where the American Legion will conduct graveside services.
