Florette (Korky) Nate, 63, of 1317 S. 32nd Street, Manitowoc, died Wednesday evening, February 12, 1992, at Holy Family Memorial Medical Center, Manitowoc.
Funeral services will be 9:30 a.m. Saturday at Pfeffer Funeral Home and 10 a.m. at St. Paul Catholic Church, Manitowoc. Presiding the Mass of Christian Burial will be Rev. Ronald Reimer with entombment to follow at Calvary Mausoleum.
She was born on April 16, 1928, in the town of Franklin, Wis., daughter of the late James and Margaret Mullins Doolan. She married Edgar Nate on September 8, 1951, at St. Patrick Catholic Church, Maple Grove. She was a graduate of East DePere High School and was a member of St. Paul Catholic Church.
Survivors include her husband, Edgar, of Manitowoc; a son and daughter-in-law, William and Debra Nate of Rockwood; two daughters, Susan Nate of Manitowoc, Sherry Nate and a special friend, Charles Parworth, both of Manitowoc; a sister and brother-n-law, Elaine and Archie Tadych of Manitowoc; two grandchildren, Nicholas and Tyler Nate; a brother-in-law and his spouse, Thomas and Doris Mae Nate of Reedsville; three sisters-in-law and a spouse, Rose Jean and Bernard Dvorachek of Reedsville, Mrs. Russell (Bernita) Schenian of Whitelaw, Mrs. Clem (Marion) Doolan of Manitowoc; nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by a brother, Clem; an infant sister; a brother-in-law, Russell; and a niece, Gerilyn Dvorachek.
Friends may call at Pfeffer Funeral Home 4p.m. to 9 p.m. Friday. Paryer service will be held at 7:30 p.m.
