Frank R. Achatz, 21, of Warren, died Friday, Nov. 11, 2005, in Mount Clemens General Hospital. He was born Dec. 16, 1983, in Mount Clemens.
Mr. Achatz is survived by his fiancee, Chatise Lessnau; parents, Chris and Jackie Achatz, brother, Jermey; sisters, Dale Ann (Dan) Midhoff and Jessica; and grandparents, Margaret Jean Achatz, Janice (Lou) Reed and Robert Weinert.
A funeral service will be held at 11 A.M. Friday at Gilbert Funeral Home, 1422 Michigan St. Algonac, with the Rev. Douglas Bignall officiating. Visitation 1 - 4 P.M. and 6 - 9 P.M. Thursday.
