Avery Faith ADAMS, aka "Av the Brave", passed away peacefully in her mother's arms, June 12, 2012, at University of Michigan's Mott's Children's Hospital in Ann Arbor, MI.

Avery lived most of her life at Mott's, because she was born with VACTERL condition and fought many battles including several heart surgeries. She was a fighter and fought until the end. She was loved by many family members, friends, and teams of nurses and doctors at both Beaumont Hospital's NICU and Mott's Children's Hospital PCTU and 11 West.

Avery was born August 9, 2011, in Royal Oak, MI, to parents Carrie and Carl Adams and big sister, Emily. She loved being held, listening to music, and receiving pictures drawn by her big sister, all of her loving cousins and friends. She will be deeply missed.

Avery is survived by her parents Carrie and Carl Adams and her big sister Emily Adams. She is also survived by her grandparents James and Sydne Hansman & Robert and Josephine Adams and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

A memorial service celebrating Avery's life will be held at Lynch & Sons Funeral Home, 1368 N. Crooks Rd. (between 14-15 Mile Rds.) Friday at 3pm. Friend may visit beginning at 2pm.
