Margaret "Pearl" Wilkins(sic), age 87, formerly of Denmark, died Wednesday morning,
April 30, 1997 at a Green Bay nursing home. Mass of Christian Burial will be
held at 10:30 a.m. Friday, May 2, 1997 at All Saints Catholic Church, Denmark.
Msgr. Robert F. Gulig will officiate with burial in St. Patrick Catholic
Cemetery, Maple Grove.
She was born January 17, 1910 in the Town of Maple Grove, daughter of the late
John and Margaret (King) Goggins. She has been a Denmark area resident the past
15 years. Pearl had married Dr. V.W. Rapp in 1932, and he preceded her in death
in 1964. She then married Joe Wilkins in 1973 and he preceded her in death in
1985. Pearl was a member of All Saints Catholic church, Denmark.
Survivors include a son, Richard V. and Angela Rapp, San Antonio, Texas; a
daughter, Dorothy and Donald Jacobson, Elkhorn; five grandchildren; one great-
grandson; two sisters, Dorothy and Tom Hanley, California, Jane Leitermann,
Denmark; three sisters-in-law, Lillian Goggin, Madison, Bernice Goggins, Milwaukee,
Charlotte Goggins, Maple Grove. She is further survived by nieces and nephews.
Pearl was preceded in death by her husband, Dr. V.W. Rapp; her husband, Joe Wilkins;
her parents; four brothers, John, Tom, George and Charles Goggins.
Friends may call after 9 a.m. Friday at the Knutson-Cotter Funeral Home, 536 Cty.
Hwy. R, Denmark, until the cortege leaves for church.
