Born in Wyndmoor, he was a son of Ada (Doll) Mease of Quakertown and the late George J. Mease.
He was a member of St. John Lutheran Church, Quakertown, where he was a past member of the Special Projects Committee. He was an Army veteran.
Survivors: Wife and mother; son, Robert J. of Noblesville, Ind.; daughter, Vicki Lou, wife of Dr. Alfred G. Vasta, and brother LeRoy, both of Quakertown; sisters, Vivian, wife of Guy Foulke of Quakertown, and Margaret, wife of Emil Peyrot of Marco Island, Fla., and two grandchildren.
