MANUSCRIPT OF MAE TWITCHELL - Died of coronary thrombosis at the Nashville County Hospital, Nashville, Davidson Co. Tennessee. His usual place of residence was R. 1, Columbia, Maury Co. Tennessee. Information taken from death certificate. Information on death certificate given by Mrs. Howard R. Green, then of Columbia, Tennessee, his daughter.
In April 1973 Mrs. Howard R. Green, 1424 Pennock Ave., Nashville, Tenn 37207 wrote:
"My father, Jacob Seaton Click, born about 1882 in either Cocke or Coffee Co. Moved to Giles County with his parents and grew up there. He married Lillie Mae Wall about 1913 or 1914. He was known as Buddy or Jake." His marriage to Lillie Mae Wall ended in divorce, and he was unmarried at the time of his death.
