Mrs. Lowery of Bucksville Dies
Mrs. Minnie [Linnie] Mae Lowery, 65, died in Logan County Hospital on Sunday, Sept. 17 at 1:30 a.m. six days after entering the hospital.
She was a resident of of the Bucksville community [Logan Co].
Funeral services were held on Monday afternoon at 2 p.m. at the Pleasant Hill Baptist Church where she had been a member for thirty years. Rev. Doug Riley was in charge of
the service with burial in in the Pleasant Hill Cemetery.
Mrs. Lowery was the daughter of Mr & Mrs Charles [Mary Ellen 'Ella' Strawn]Hamilton [of Cedar Co Nebraska] and was married to Sam Lowery.
She is survived by five daughters, Mrs. marie Lowery and Mrs Dennis Lee of Bowling Green; Mrs. Garneda Lee, Auburn Route 2, Mrs. Ruth Lowery and Mrs Thelma Snow of Indianapolis; two sons, Charles W Lowery, Auburn, Route 2; and Earl Lowery, Indianapolis; 40 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
Young Funeral Home was in charge of the service.
