Mr. Charles G. Krueger Sr., 77, formerly of 1517 Grand Avenue, Manitowoc, died Tuesday evening, October 7, 1986 at North Ridge Care Center, Manitowoc. Funeral services will be 10:30 am Friday at Pfeffer Funeral Home and 11 am at St. Andrew Catholic Church, Manitowoc. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by Rev. James Stamborski with burial to follow at Calvary Cemetery, Manitowoc.
Mr. Krueger was born November 11, 1908 at Manitowoc, son of the late William and Mary Robinson Krueger. He married the former Christine Schuh on June 26, 1935 at St. Michael Catholic Church, Whitelaw. Mr. Krueger was employed at Manitowoc Mirro Aluminum for 28 years, Manitowoc Equipment Works for 8 years and Cher Make Sausage Company for 14 years, retiring in 1974. Mr. Krueger was also a member of the National Guard.
Survivors include his wife, Christine; three sons and daughters-in-law, Charles and Judy Krueger Jr. of Manitowoc, Gerald and Donna Krueger of Manitowoc and James and Rodenne Krueger of Brown Deer, Wisconsin; a daughter and a son-in-law, Barbara and Roger Paschke of Egg Harbor, Wisconsin; a brother, Otto Krueger of Manitowoc; four sisters, Mrs. Joseph (Anna) Hynek of Mesa, Arizona, Mrs. Grover (Dora) Kadow of Mishicot, Mrs. Victor (Emma) Sickinger of rural Manitowoc and Mrs. Harry (Margaret) Strzyzewski of Manitowoc; 14 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren also survive. He was preceded in death by a brother, William and an infant sister.
Friends may call at Pfeffer Funeral Home, Manitowoc, from 4:30 pm to 8:30 pm Thursday. A prayer service will be held at 7:30 pm by Rev. James Stamborski.
