Daughter of Calvin Baxter Taylor (1820-1866)seventh son of William Lewis and Nancy (Weir) Taylor, married 1837. They had several children, and the mother died while all the children were small. The father married again, but did not live long after his second marriage. Upon his death the children went to live with their Uncle Newt Taylor at the Taylor farm.
