ADAMS, Hugh A. At the Tampa General Hospital, Florida, on Sunday, Jan. 4, 1976, suddenly following a heart attack, while winter vacationing, Hugh Albert Adams, of 188 Lawrence Ave., aged 72 years.

Mr. Adams was born in Ariss, a son of the late Albert Adams and the former Mary Reinhardt; a lifelong resident of the Twin City area and founder of H. Adams and Sons Cartage and Movers and proprietor of the Hugh Adams Warehousing Company; a member of St. John's RC Church and The Pioneer Steam Engine Club of Ontario.

Mr. Adams was predeceased by his wife the former Caroline Trupp, in 1948, a daughter Lorraine in 1934 and a brother Carl.

Surviving are his wife the former Lola Hertzberger and four sons, Robert, Jerome, William and Murray, all of Kitchener; a sister Mrs. Alma Jehu of Toronto; eight grandchildren and one great-granddaughter Jennifer also survive.

Friends may call at the Ratz Bechtel Funeral Home, 621 King St. W., Kitchener afternoon on Wednesday, where the parish rosary will be recited Thursday at 8:15 p.m. Prayers will be said at the funeral home on Friday, at 9:30 a.m., followed by funeral mass at St. John's RC Church at 10 a.m. Interment Mount Hope RC cemetery.

Donations to the Bolivian Mission Fund may be made as expressions of sympathy.
