Robert B. Brown, 68, of 1205 Ahrens St., Manitowoc, died Monday evening, Oct. 1, at Green Bay, Wis., of a coronary attack following the Green Bay Packer game.
Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Thursday at First Presbyterian Church, Manitowoc, daughter of the late Robert P. and Emilida Baensch Brown. He resided at Manitowoc all his life, attended Manitowoc Public Schools, was graduated from Lincoln High School with the Clasw of 1929, and was also graduated from Cornell University. Aug. 25, 1937, he married Louise Bovard at Manitowoc. Mr. Brown was president and trust officer of East Wisconsin Trustee Company for many years, retiring in 1977. He was a member of First Presbyterian Church, Manitowoc Kiwanis Club, Masonic Lodge, Elks Lodge, Manitowoc Historical Society and various other banking groups.
Survivors include his wife, Louise; a daughter and son-in-law, Barbara and Jon Lindwall of Madison; a brother, Edward B. Brown of Hudson, Mass., two grandchildren, Lisa and Todd and his father-in-law, James Magill of Manitowoc.
Pfeffer Funeral Home, Manitowoc, is in charge of arrangements. There will be no Wednesday evening visitation at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to Manitowoc County Historical Society Village.
