MISS FANNIE BASSETT.
Fort Valley, Ga., Dec 17 - The funeral of Miss Fannie Bassett, member of one of the pioneer families of this section, who died at her home here at noon Tuesday, was held from the residence Wednesday afternoon. Miss Bassett was the youngest child of the late Stephen Elisha Bassett, Congregational minister, who served a church here for many years. The funeral was conducted by the Rev. N. H. Williams, pastor of the Methodist church. She is survived by a brother, Charlie Bassett, of Minneapolis, Minn. Several nieces and nephews also survive, among whom are Ralph and Noble Bassett.
