Researcher Jamie strongly believes this is George Seeley Bricker who died in 1922 rather than 1942 as is on the marker.... for the following reasons...

There are several reasons to believe the 1922 death certificate is for this George Seeley Bricker.
The links on the memorial are to George Seeley Bricker's wife, Ada (Addie) Titler Bricker and their children. They were enumerated together on the 1910 census in Carlisle Ward 3, Pennsylvania.
On the 1920 census, "Adda" Bricker is head of the household, still in Carlisle; her marital status is married.
On the 1930 census in Carlisle, Ada is widowed, supporting a death year for her husband in 1922 rather than in 1942.
Bricker is definitely a common surname in the area, but George is not a common given name among the Brickers. A search for men named George Bricker born between 1870 and 1878 who lived in Cumberland County, Pennsylvania between the 1870 and 1940 censuses returns only the entry for George Seeley Bricker. The middle initial of G is incorrect on the 1910 census. The marriage record of George Bricker and Ada Titler gives their fathers' names and proves that the son in the 1880 and 1900 censuses was the same man on the 1910 census despite the mistake with his middle initial.
The WWI Draft Registration Card for George Seeley Bricker gives his date of birth and his wife's name as next of kin. The birthdate on George's draft card, 25 June 1874, is the same date as on the death certificate for the George Bricker who died in the train accident in 1922.
